MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange - Delisting of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (JCP)

J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (JCP) will be de-listed from the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JCP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 18, 2020.
