MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK)
Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, April 24, 2020. On that date, the current OSTK option class will change to OSTK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OSTK1 options. Therefore, no options on OSTK will be available for trading on Friday, April 24, 2020.
Overstock.com, Inc. (OSTK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 27, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OSTK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
