MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) distribution, name and symbol change to Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS)
The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) distribution, name and symbol change to Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS) will be effective on Monday, April 20, 2020.
Due to the distribution the current MSG option classes will change to MSGS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MSGS1 options. Therefore, no options on MSGS will be available for trading on Monday, April 20, 2020.
Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS) will start trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MSG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 17, 2020.
