MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Tuesday, April 14, 2020. On that date, the current BBD option class will change to BBD3. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BBD3 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 13, 2020.
