MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: United Technologies Corporation (UTX)
United Technologies Corporation (UTX) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, April 3, 2020. On that date, the current UTX option class will change to UTX2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list UTX2 options. Therefore, no options on UTX will be available for trading on Friday, April 3, 2020.
United Technologies Corporation (UTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 6, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UTX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 2, 2020.
