MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL)
Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Wednesday, March 25, 2020. On that date, the current ODFL option class will change to ODFL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ODFL1 options. Therefore, no options on ODFL will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 26, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ODFL will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
