MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AVEO)
AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AVEO) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, February 20, 2020. On that date, the current AVEO option class will change to AVEO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AVEO1 options. Therefore, no options on AVEO will be available for trading on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AVEO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, February 21, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AVEO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
