MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Intrexon Corporation (XON) name and symbol change to Precigen, Inc. (PGEN)

Intrexon Corporation (XON) will change its name and symbol to Precigen, Inc. (PGEN) effective on Monday, February 3, 2020.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XON will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 31, 2020. 

NOTE: PGEN options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
