MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Jumei International Holding Limited (JMEI)
Jumei International Holding Limited (JMEI) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Friday, January 10, 2020. On that date, the current JMEI option class will change to JMEI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list JMEI1 options. Therefore, no options on JMEI will be available for trading on Friday, January 10, 2020.
Jumei International Holding Limited (JMEI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, January 13, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JMEI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 9, 2020.
