MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Renren Inc. (RENN)
Renren Inc. (RENN) has announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, January 9, 2020. On that date, the current RENN option class will change to RENN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RENN1 options. Therefore, no options on RENN will be available for trading on Thursday, January 9, 2020.
Renren Inc. (RENN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 10, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RENN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
