MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES)
Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, January 6, 2020. On that date, the current EYES option class will change to EYES1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list EYES1 options. Therefore, no options on EYES will be available for trading on Monday, January 6, 2020.
Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (EYES) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EYES will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 3, 2020.
