MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Career Education Corporation (CECO) name and symbol change to Perdoceo Education Corporation (PRDO)
Career Education Corporation (CECO) will change its name and symbol to Perdoceo Education Corporation (PRDO) effective on Thursday, January 2, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CECO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
NOTE: PRDO options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
