MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (PLX)

Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (PLX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, December 20, 2019.  On that date, the current PLX option class will change to PLX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PLX1 options. Therefore, no options on PLX will be available for trading on Friday, December 20, 2019. 

Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (PLX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 23, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PLX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 19, 2019.
