MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (ASNA)
Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (ASNA) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 19, 2019. On that date, the current ASNA option class will change to ASNA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ASNA1 options. Therefore, no options on ASNA will be available for trading on Thursday, December 19, 2019.
Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (ASNA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 20, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ASNA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
