MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: CBS Corporation (CBS) name and symbol change to ViacomCBS Inc. (VIAC)
CBS Corporation (CBS) will merge and then change its name and symbol to ViacomCBS Inc. (VIAC) effective on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CBS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 4, 2019.
NOTE: VIAC options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 9 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange beginning on November 5, 2019.
