MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Vector Group Ltd. (VGR)
Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Monday, September 16, 2019. On that date, the current VGR option class will change to VGR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VGR1 options. Therefore, no options on VGR will be available for trading on Monday, September 16, 2019.
Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VGR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 13, 2019.
