MIAX PEARL Options Exchange - Experienced Clearing Issues Only - Now Resolved

Please be advised that the MIAX PEARL Exchange experienced issues sending Clearing Trades to the OCC from 11:59 AM to 12:17 PM.  All Trades that occurred during the affected time frame have been successfully delivered to the OCC.

All PEARL Trading Systems are up and operating normally.
