MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: FMC Corporation (FMC)

FMC Corporation (FMC) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, March 4, 2019.  On that date, the current FMC option class will change to FMC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list FMC1 options. Therefore, no options on FMC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, March 4, 2019. FMC Corporation (FMC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FMC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 1, 2019.
