MIAX Emerald Price Protection Process

MIAX Emerald Regulatory Circular 2019-17 describes the MIAX Emerald price protection process for Non-Market Maker orders.
 
If an order does not contain price protection instructions, the Exchange will assign a default price protection instruction, which is currently set to five (5) MPVs.
