MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT)
Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, February 22, 2019. On that date, the current MLNT option class will change to MLNT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MLNT1 options. Therefore, no options on MLNT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, February 22, 2019. Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, February 25, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MLNT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
