MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK)

Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Thursday, February 21, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ORBK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

Details about the Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
