MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Steven Madden, Ltd. (SHOO)
Steven Madden, Ltd. (SHOO) has announced a stock split effective for Friday, October 12, 2018. On that date, the current SHOO option class will change to SHOO1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SHOO1 options. Therefore, no options on SHOO will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, October 12, 2018. Steven Madden, Ltd. (SHOO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, October 15, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SHOO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 11, 2018.
