MIAX Options & MIAX PEARL - October 4, 2018 Fee Changes

The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Fee Schedules were amended.  The System Connectivity Fee changes that were announced in the July 31, 2018 Alert and which are contained in Sections 5(a) and (b) of the Fee Schedules, will be rolled back to their prior amounts, effective as of Thursday, October 4, 2018.  As a result, October billing will be pro-rated to account for the first 3 days of the month for these System Connectivity Fees only.  All other fee changes remain unchanged.

The October 4, 2018 MIAX Fee Schedules are posted on the MIAX website at MIAX Options Fees and MIAX PEARL Fees.
