MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Syntel, Inc. (SYNT)
Syntel, Inc. (SYNT) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SYNT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
Details about the Syntel, Inc. (SYNT) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
