MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: KLX Inc. (KLXI)

KLX Inc. (KLXI) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KLXI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.

Details about the KLX Inc. (KLXI) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
