MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS)
Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, October 4, 2018. On that date, the current RGLS option class will change to RGLS1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list RGLS1 options. Therefore, no options on RGLS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, October 4, 2018. Regulus Therapeutics Inc. (RGLS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, October 5, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RGLS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.
