MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Kearny Financial Corporation (KRNY)

Kearny Financial Corporation (KRNY) has announced a cash dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. KRNY options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KRNY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 1, 2018.
