MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (SERV)

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (SERV) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, October 1, 2018.  On that date, the current SERV option class will change to SERV1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SERV1 options. Therefore, no options on SERV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, October 1, 2018. ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (SERV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SERV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 28, 2018.
