MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: KLX Inc. (KLXI)

KLX Inc. (KLXI) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, September 17, 2018.  On that date, the current KLXI option class will change to KLXI1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list KLXI1 options. Therefore, no options on KLXI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, September 17, 2018. KLX Inc. (KLXI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, September 18, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KLXI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 14, 2018.
