MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Petrochina Company Limited (PTR)
Petrochina Company Limited (PTR) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Wednesday, September 12, 2018. On that date, the current PTR option class will change to PTR2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list PTR2 options. Therefore, no options on PTR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Petrochina Company Limited (PTR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PTR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
