MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: VIVUS, Inc. (VVUS)
VIVUS, Inc. (VVUS) – has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split effective for Tuesday, September 11, 2018. On that date, the current VVUS option class will change to VVUS1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list VVUS1 options. Therefore, no options on VVUS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. VIVUS, Inc. (VVUS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VVUS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, September 10, 2018.
