Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options for Newly Listed Option Classes Effective Tuesday, September 4, 2018

MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-38 identifies newly listed option classes that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use the exchange identified in the Regulatory Circular as the market for the underlying security for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
