MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Boise Cascade Company (BCC)

Boise Cascade Company (BCC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, August 30, 2018. BCC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BCC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, August 29, 2018.
