MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Perion Network Ltd. (PERI)
Perion Network Ltd. (PERI) has announced a 1-for-3 reverse split effective for Monday, August 27, 2018. On that date, the current PERI option class will change to PERI1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list PERI1 options. Therefore, no options on PERI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, August 27, 2018. Perion Network Ltd. (PERI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PERI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 24, 2018.
