MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: VeriFone Systems, Inc. (PAY)

VeriFone Systems, Inc. (PAY) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PAY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 20, 2018.

Details about the VeriFone Systems, Inc. (PAY) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
