MIAX Options - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Newly Listed Option Class SONO Effective Wednesday, August 8, 2018

MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-35 identifies the newly listed option class Sonos, Inc. (SONO) that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Wednesday, August 8, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use NASDAQ as the market for the underlying security for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
