MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Barings BDC, Inc. (BBDC)
Barings BDC, Inc. (BBDC) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, August 6, 2018. BBDC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBDC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 3, 2018.
