MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Capella Education Company (CPLA)

Capella Education Company (CPLA) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CPLA will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Details about the Capella Education Company (CPLA) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
