MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (NSM)

Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (NSM) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NSM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Details about the Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (NSM) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
