MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: CYS Investments, Inc. (CYS)

CYS Investments, Inc. (CYS) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CYS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Details about the CYS Investments, Inc. (CYS) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
