MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Financial Engines, Inc. (FNGN)

Financial Engines, Inc. (FNGN) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, July 20, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FNGN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 19, 2018.

Details about the Financial Engines, Inc. (FNGN) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
