MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: HRG Group, Inc. (HRG) name and symbol change to Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (SPB)
HRG Group, Inc. (HRG) will have a name and symbol change to Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (SPB), effective for Monday, July 16, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HRG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 13, 2018.
NOTE: SPB options will trade on Cloud 16 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 8 on MIAX PEARL.
