MIAX Options- Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options for Newly Listed Option Class AMRX Effective Monday, May 7, 2018
MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-23 identifies the newly listed option class Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMRX), that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Monday, May 7, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
