MIAX PEARL - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX PEARL for Newly Listed Option Class DBX Effective Thursday, March 29, 2018

MIAX PEARL Regulatory Circular 2018-12 identifies the newly listed option class Dropbox, Inc. (DBX) that will start trading on MIAX PEARL beginning Thursday, March 29, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX PEARL Rule 503(a)(3), MIAX PEARL shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
