MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: CytRx Corporation (CYTR)

CytRx Corporation (CYTR) has announced a reverse stock split that is effective on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. On that date, the current CYTR option class will change to CYTR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CYTR1 options. Therefore, no options on CYTR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.  CytRx Corporation (CYTR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 2, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CYTR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
