MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: TerraForm Power, Inc. (TERP)

TerraForm Power, Inc. (TERP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TERP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 16, 2017. 

Details about the TerraForm Power, Inc. (TERP) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
