MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL)
Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL) has announced a dividend that is effective on Thursday, October 5, 2017. On that date, the current SBGL option class will change to SBGL1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SBGL1 options. Therefore, no options on SBGL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, October 5, 2017. Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, October 6, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SBGL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
