MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Sanderson Farms, Inc. (SAFM)

Sanderson Farms, Inc. (SAFM) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, October 2, 2017. SAFM options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SAFM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2017.
