MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF)
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) has announced a distribution that is effective on Monday, October 2, 2017. On that date, the current FNF option class will change to FNF1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list FNF1 options. Therefore, no options on FNF will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, October 2, 2017. Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FNF will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2017.
