MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Adcare Health Systems Inc. (ADK) changes its name and trading symbol to Regional Health Properties, Inc. (RHE)
Adcare Health Systems Inc. (ADK) has announced a name and trading symbol change to Regional Health Properties, Inc. (RHE) effective for Monday, October 2, 2017.
NOTE: RHE options will trade on Cloud 15 on MIAX Options and Cloud 7 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ADK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2017.
